Return Policy

Return Policy: Since our products are personalized, they cannot be returned and the return condition is that there will be a 20% deduction due to the product being melted and turned into a necklace again. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping Costs: Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Ephyr Jewelry. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Contact us to make sure your return reaches us safely.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
